cars, cars, cars

The boyfriend was sharing how his brother-in-law had problems with his old car the other day and how it was stuck in one of the grocery stores in the metro.  He told me how frustrating it can be to not have the car run and not have a clue on what was wrong.  They eventually resorted to using car lifts because it just wouldn’t start. :P Hay, it’s a good thing I don’t have a car to worry about. I’ll probably just cry if my car stops out of nowhere. :P

Viva Las Vegas

I was watching America’s Got Talent last night since I still wasn’t sleepy at 1 am.  Acts who make it would eventually have a chance to showcase what they’ve got in Vegas.  Cool.  I have always been fascinated by the lights and sights of that city and I really hope that I’d get to experience a couple of Vegas vacations in the future.  I would really have to save up for it though.  I can imagine how costly it must be to spend a night there.  Tempting casinos and all. :P

frustrating!

My body is not as cooperative as it used to be. :(

I try to jog at least once a week, and I have been exercising regularly lately, but it doesn’t seem to work.  I had also partially tried a diet plan, but I didn’t lose the pounds as easily as I would have hoped.  Hay.  I don’t know what I’ve been doing wrong.  I’m limiting my food intake as much as possible.  At the rate I’m going, I would really have to take supplements to speed up my progress faster.  I’ve read about Anoretix and I’m considering it as part of my diet plan. I hope it works.

plan B

I was kinda disappointed that my trip for Batanes next March will not push through.  The tour operator had problems with the airline that was totally unforeseen and unexpected, and they didn’t have a choice but to postpone the trip temporarily. An option was given of us going to Coron during the same travel date, but the things is, I’m not really comfortable travelling by boat.  For a few hours I’d be okay, but to spend the night at sea is another story.  There are just too many horror stories that I would not risk it. I could have booked a plane, but getting tickets this late would cost me almost 8,000 pesos. Never mind.

So anyway, I checked PAL Express Air’s website, and I was able to book a flight to Busuanga in April.  4 days and 3 nights in paradise. Hihi.  I haven’t booked the accomodations, though. It can come later. :P

lovin’ my lappie..

My laptop is a few months old and I’m still lovin’ it so far.  It’s small, it’s light, and I can carry it anywhere if i wanted to.  I’m already planning to bring this baby when I go on my trips this summer.  Knowing me, I’d probably take a lot of photos that it would be safer for me if I upload it onto the computer at once.  I’m paranoid when it comes to keeping and deleting my files.

Anyway, let’s see if I’d want to see some memory upgrades soon.  It’s something I would consider knowing that I intend to fill this mp3s and videos. Hmmmm…

power hug!!!

I can finally relate to what my friends have been talking about lately.  I was able to watch JLC and Sarah G’s very wholesome movie. Hehe.  So excited that I was to watch it, I had even logged on to my Sureseats account and reserved my tickets online.  So excited that I had accidentally reserved for it on the wrong day.  Good thing I was able  to notice that there was something wrong before it was too late. :P

I enjoyed it, in fairness.  John Lloyd has such an effect on me, I want to be his girlfriend! Kidding. I just love it when he had to dance in some parts and Sarah’s genuine innocence was so endearing. I’m guessing that this movie will be a box office hit as well. :)
