I love my Asus eee pc 1000H since it’s so light and small! I have brought it in one of my trips and it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Maybe one day I could actually bring it to a coffee shop. Hehe. I wish it was big enough to have a cd drive though. My lomo photos are usually stored in a cd, so I had to upload it to the desktop pc, save it in a USB, and then finally transfer it to my notebook. Oh well. Hehe. I wonder what the specs are, I havent’ checked (e.g. video card)
A few weeks ago, my mom and I went to Tiendesitas in the hope of discovering some good finds for Christmas. I knew she would like it there since a lot of stalls selling stuff for the home. Decorating our humble abode is one of her housewife hobbies. In fact, our rooms (especially the living room) gets redecorated week after week. Hehe.
There are times wherein she would give away stuff that she no longer likes. Tables, chairs, carpets… Even beds. Lol. I sometimes wish she wouldn’t. I could use them someday you know. Hehe. I think I better tell her early on that the bar stools are mine. :P
I got out of the office earlier yesterday because the Landmark was calling me. Hahaha. My friend’s fault. :P Well actually mine. Last Monday, I gave my friends a challenge. To get me a blouse with only Php 500 pesos. It was my birthday then and I wanted something new to wear. It may not amount much if you’re talking about purchasing clothes from high-end brands, but it can get you a few pieces if you search through the bargain bins at the mall.
I liked what they gave me and this encouraged me to look for some more. And I was pretty successful, I must say. Bought three blouses, one leggings, and some bracelets. All for Php 600+. Not bad, eh?
It has been years since I last had a photo developed. Every picture that I have is now lodged in an online sharing facility somewhere. Gone are those days where I would be conscious of how I have used my film and having to go to the mall just to have them processed afterwards. You can just imagine how boring my wallet is now as I have nothing to show except those pieces of plastic that you guys have as well.
I’m thinking of presentsright now and I’m considering the thought of just giving them photo holiday cards featuring me and the receiver. Kinda cheaper and it has more value, don’t you think?
I saw an episode of Day Off sometime last week and it featured a boyish girl who works in a wall climbing center. Her physique was mildly leaning to the masculine side and I’m guessing that some men were a little intimidated by that. Of course, she still is a girl at heart.
One activity that the hosts made her try which she really enjoyed was taking a crash course on pole dancing. I’m not sure where such classes are held here in the Philippines, but it’s one of the things that I would really like to experience for myself. Without the sexy lingerie for now. :P
Everybody seems to be really excited about Twilight and the whole vampire-human story. I’ve always wondered who the hell Edward Cullen was. I thought he was a new singer or something. :P I’ve been bitten by the bug, actually, having read all four books within a week. Adik. Haha. I think I should be rereading it, though. I can only remember bits and fragments now, probably because I was all too eager to finish it before the movie screening. :P
