tip no. 41: get the body that you’ve always wanted


A breakup can be seen as an opportunity to shine and be noticed. Based on personal experience (and humility aside), I am at my most beautiful right after heartbreak. Strange for some, but true. It is during these moments that I make the extra effort to eat right and exercise. Every girl needs a confidence boost, and knowing that she looks great in what she wears really helps a lot. It works for me. :)

Watch what you eat, but don’t starve yourself. Drink lots of water. Take the stairs. Stay away from red meat.Take supplements (e.g. Phentermine or those rich with L-carnitine), if you must, but keep in mind that the best results are those achieved with the right combination of diet and exercise.

  1. I agree with you binxxnib:) There’s no reason to lock up in the room and pig out on junk food. Naku! Heartbroken and ugly, what can be more pathetic? Tama ka, it’s the perfect time to beautify oneself:)
